Private sessions are a great way to stay or get back in touch with your body. Every session is specifically designed to target our client’s needs. Our fully equipped studio and its well trained instructors will help you achieve your goals while having a fun workout at any fitness level and age.

Injuries and Rehabilitation

Pilates can be challenging as well as rehabilitative. Many people choose Pilates as their post PT/injury exercise because Pilates allows for a gentle, targeted workout. We focus on stabilization, alignment, stretching and strengthening through detailed and isolated exercises.

We can target areas ‘in need’ to regain full access, stability and alignment but it is also possible to avoid areas that need rest or very little attention by challenging the rest of your body through isolated exercises.

Semi-Privates

Semi-Privates are a great way to work out with a friend or loved one . Sorry, we do not match individuals, you must bring your partner or small group.

We do not recommend Semi-Privates if the two parties have very different needs.

Small Groups

Small groups are a fantastic way to work out friends or family and motivate each other to keep up your Pilates practice!
