CLASSES

Classes $15-$35. Privates $50-$95. In addition, we offer Semi-privates if you would like to book a session with a friend or loved one. All classes are 55min/hr. 

We also offer home visits for the elderly and those unable to visit our studio for an additional travel fee.

24hr cancellation is required for a full refund.

REFORMER

The Reformer is THE classic Pilates equipment.

Its versatility and use of springs, pulleys and bars allows for an almost infinite variety of exercises.

Exercises are done lying down, sitting, kneeling and standing, therefore challenging your body on many different planes, in addition to many levels of spring resistance.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced student or recovering from injury, the Reformer provides a great choice of modifications in exercise.

We are excited to offer this great piece of equipment to you not only in Private Classes but also in our small, well instructed Reformer Classes, where our teachers can give every participant attention in addition to a great workout. (Maximum class size is 6!)

SPRINGBOARD

The Springboard uses spring resistance to add a variety of challenges and fun to a classic mat class. It is an amazing tool to get a full-body workout at any level.

It was designed by Ellie Herman to introduce spring resistance, developed for individual exercise by Joseph Pilates, into group classes.

BARRE

Barre at Pilates on Cortelyou is a combination of Pilates exercises, Ballet warm-up (though not a dance class!) and muscle isolation. It is a strengthening, invigorating workout with more cardio than a regular Pilates class offers.

To make this classic piece of equipment available to everyone’s budget we offer ‘Reformer on dime’ at the same price as our Springboard and Barre classes.

Speed Pilates

This class is designed for those that like to get a quick intense workout in before work but can’t commit to a full class. However if the time works for you, sign up for both half hour classes to get a regular hour class in. The classes are designed so you get a balanced full workout without having to do the same exercises over again. The equipment and props used each week will vary. So get surprised!

Early Bird Bootcamp/design your own Bootcamp

Early Bird

We run a few bootcamp a year , depending on demand. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am is our go to time but may vary each time a bit. We use all equipment and props on different days. We always focus on a full body workout!

Design your own

You can pick three classes to your liking and level. We recommend same day/time but if you have an irregular schedule you can mis it up too!

Yoga-Pilates

This class combines the alignment and strengthening of Pilates with the stretching and balancing of Yoga.

This class is a great class for beginners as well as those you like a low impact whole body workout.

SPeed Pilates

This class is designed for an intense but short workout for people that can't fit a full hour in before work into their schedule.

You can also sign up for two classes in a row to get a full length class ( they will be designed differently so everyone gets a balanced, non-repetitive workout )
