Classes $15-$35. Privates $50-$95. In addition, we offer Semi-privates if you would like to book a session with a friend or loved one. All classes are 55min/hr.
We also offer home visits for the elderly and those unable to visit our studio for an additional travel fee.

The Reformer is THE classic Pilates equipment.
Its versatility and use of springs, pulleys and bars allows for an almost infinite variety of exercises.
Exercises are done lying down, sitting, kneeling and standing, therefore challenging your body on many different planes, in addition to many levels of spring resistance.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced student or recovering from injury, the Reformer provides a great choice of modifications in exercise.
We are excited to offer this great piece of equipment to you not only in Private Classes but also in our small, well instructed Reformer Classes, where our teachers can give every participant attention in addition to a great workout. (Maximum class size is 6!)
The Springboard uses spring resistance to add a variety of challenges and fun to a classic mat class. It is an amazing tool to get a full-body workout at any level.
It was designed by Ellie Herman to introduce spring resistance, developed for individual exercise by Joseph Pilates, into group classes.
Barre at Pilates on Cortelyou is a combination of Pilates exercises, Ballet warm-up (though not a dance class!) and muscle isolation. It is a strengthening, invigorating workout with more cardio than a regular Pilates class offers.

To make this classic piece of equipment available to everyone’s budget we offer ‘Reformer on dime’ at the same price as our Springboard, Barre and Tai Chi classes.

This is an introductory class to the popular 24-step Yang-style Tai Chi form.
Tai Chi is known to improve balance, flexibility, strength and overall health as its movements open up the body's meridians to allow the flow of "chi" (energy) throughout for improved circulation and inner healing.
Tai Chi 60+
This class focuses on Tai Chi for balance, flexibility and strength for those who seek the general health benefits of Tai Chi without having to learn the entire form. Movements from the 24-step form are isolated for practice to generate the flow of "chi" throughout the body. It is ideal for 60+ individuals as well as for younger individuals who want to familiarize themselves with particular movements before moving onto the greater form.
This class can be booked as a small group class, 2-4 people.
